On April 18, 2024, Dr. Tribuno, as a member of the Rotary Club Milano Cordusio, was invited to speak about the aging of the Italian population.

The topic attracted great interest from the participants, considering that Italians will increasingly need assistance services in the face of a whole series of problems that will need to be considered and addressed, such as the decline in births, the depopulation of smaller centers, health spending that is unable to meet all the requests of citizens, with a consequent increase in private spending, lengthening of the time for medical visits, the renunciation of treatment and many other topics of great interest such as the lack of a real reform of assistance to non-self-sufficient elderly people.
