On November 28, 2023, Dr. Tribuno was invited to speak at the online talk organized by NiiProgetti dedicated to Senior Housing. He spoke about the evolution of residential models dedicated to the elderly, ranging from RSAs that must be increasingly specialized in taking charge of physical and psychological dependence, to self-sufficient Apartments for the Elderly as a housing formula that responds to a demand for security and socialization.

He then presented the project in an advanced stage of construction at the former Manifattura Tabacchi in Milan with an innovative concept thanks to cutting-edge technical, architectural, plant and material solutions, aimed at ensuring maximum comfort and hospitality for future residents in order to make the structures increasingly modern, technological, efficient and versatile.
