During the conference “The City as Destiny” which took place in Florence on March 21, 2023, Dr. Roberto Tribuno, Sole Director of Health Invest, was one of the speakers presenting the world of seniors and the housing solutions aimed at this type of user. He focused on senior housing, the new way of living for self- and semi-self-sufficient elderly people, presenting the project underway in Milan – Viale Fulvio Testi in the area of ​​the former Manifattura Tabacchi where work is at an advanced stage for the construction of a 120-bed RSA and a Senior Housing of 28 protected apartments.

The topics covered by the other speakers were also of great importance, focusing on: social housing, safety within the city, difficulties and bureaucratic delays in realizing some projects, redevelopment of areas and depopulation of historic centers, smart cities and cities increasingly connected with all the issues related to privacy, as well as the right to live in unpolluted cities and therefore the protection of the environment.
