Conference “New housing trends – where investments are going”
On the occasion of the Housing Forum that took place in Milan in March, we were invited by NiiProgetti to the conference “New Housing Trends – where are investments going. Challenges and solutions for the residential real estate sector in complex times”.
We talked about the difficulties of buying a house for young people but also about the rental market that has become difficult. We discussed the redevelopment of abandoned and degraded areas and new development projects that will arise in Milan in the coming years.
We talked about increasingly demanding users: new materials, demand for cutting-edge systems and home automation, more functional furniture. We reflected on the fact that Italy is a very interesting market for international investors, but it is not conceivable to invest only in Milan or Rome; we must also focus on smaller cities.
