When healthcare meets urban redevelopment
Health Invest presents two new RSA projects in Milan Two development plans designed to meet the growing demand for services structured solely to meet the specific needs of seniors. Two healthcare facilities conceived with a view to urban reconversion, in step with a city in continuous evolution and in full real estate development.
Milan, 21 October 2019 – Healthcare, seniors, urban planning and real estate development: these are the topics discussed today at the Rosa Grand Hotel in Milan in front of an audience of industry professionals. A presentation that saw Health Invest as the protagonist of a great change, a new way of conceiving healthcare residences for the elderly. No longer facilities far from the city, but buildings designed in the heart of Milan, designed to fit in and integrate with the urban and social fabric of reference. The two projects, born from the study of the Health Invest team, will thus take the place of the former “San Celso” school institute, in the San Siro area, and the former tobacco factory, in the Bicocca area.
