Urban Regeneration: Developers speak out
During the Design Week in Milan in early June, we were invited and participated in an interesting event with Dr. Valsecchi (Vice President Project & Construction of Hines Europa), regarding real estate developments and alternative assets including healthcare and social healthcare.
Among the various initiatives, Hines is carrying forward the development of the Ex Falck Area of Sesto San Giovanni, where the construction of the health citadel is planned with several excellent hospitals, which will be flanked by rehabilitation and social healthcare facilities.
