Health Invest has been called by the Politecnico di Milano to give a lecture within the course “Social Housing Estate and Management” at the master’s degree in “Management of Built Environment” where students from all over the world are enrolled.

For Dr. Tribuno it was an honor and a pleasure to have given the lecture at this prestigious university that hosted us on March 21, 2025. Dr. Tribuno began by making a demographic, geographical and economic analysis of the reference market, taking into account the evolution of the way of living of over 65 in Italy and Europe. The Asset Class (Rehabilitation Clinics, RSA and Senior Housing) was then analysed, examining the regulatory and financial aspects. We then proceeded to talk about the design of structures, taking into account the various points of view of stakeholders, analyzing both green field projects and renovations. It was then discussed about construction techniques and innovative materials, talking about economic sustainability, energy, ESG and certifications, to end by showing floor plans, images and videos of the latest structures made by Health Invest.
